Why it worked

Each ability had a second cast, so at level three he brought twice the kit of whoever he was ganking. Safeguard dashed him to a ward, which made the map itself his mobility budget. Dragon's Rage kicked a carry back into his own team, and Wriggle's kept him healthy enough to do it again two camps later.
