Why it worked

Bio-Arcane Barrage was already taking a percentage of maximum health per attack, and Madred's Bloodrazor put another 4 % on the same hit. Malady and Wit's End tore down magic resist so both effects went on scaling, tanks worst of all. This is the on-hit stack that convinced Riot percentage-health items and percentage-health abilities cannot share a game.
