Why it worked

Sadism returned a percentage of his maximum health across twelve seconds, and Spirit Visage raised all of it by a further 20 %. Force of Nature laid percentage regeneration on top, and those three items made a loop that outran what most teams could deal. Infected Cleaver spent health he was getting back for nothing anyway.
