Why it worked

Land two bombs on one target and it was stunned; Rewind cut the wait in half, so every fight opened with a stun nobody could dodge plus burst. Chronoshift returned a dead ally at full health, meaning the enemy had to kill the same carry a second time. Cooldown reduction made both happen more often than the game had in mind.
