Why it worked

Deceive came out of stealth as a guaranteed critical strike, so Infinity Edge made that first hit most of a health bar. Jack in the Boxes fear-locked whoever stepped into a bush, which meant whoever was walking. Hallucinate left behind a clone that exploded, so even a gank that failed cost the other side something.
