Why it worked

Riftwalk started on a low cooldown with almost nothing limiting the chain, so a fed Kassadin showed up from three screens away and left the same way. Null Sphere silenced, which switched off every mage he was pointed at before they could reply. He spent entire seasons permanently banned in ranked, which is a verdict of its own.
