Why it worked

For two seconds Counter Strike dodged every auto-attack sent his way, then stunned everyone who had sent one. Guinsoo's piled on attack speed and ability power together, feeding both halves of a kit that scaled with each. His ultimate gave him resistances for nothing, which made the damage build and the tank build the same build.
