Why it worked

Rebirth gave her a second life on a cooldown, so every gank on her had to land twice to count. Crystallize split the map on command, and Glacial Storm dealt continuous damage that doubled on anything her stun had chilled. Rod of Ages made the egg tough enough to actually hatch.
